Session 1: Building Envelope Commissioning
Speaker: Bill Coltzer, Jr. AIA - Zero/Six Consulting
With a background in both architecture and construction, Bill formed Zero/Six Consulting in 2003 with the goal of improving the quality of building envelope systems from all disciplines involved in the design and construction process. Bill also is the managing partner of Z6 Commissioning, a certified HUB dedicated to both field and laboratory testing of all elements of the exterior building envelope.
Session 2: Collaboration and Mobile Technology from
Design to Owner Operation
Speaker: Charles Coppage - Autodesk®
Charles is an Industry Technical Specialist for Autodesk® BIM 360. He has spent the past 35 years assisting clients interested in improving the profitability of their company. In the last 12 years Charles has been focused on the construction industry with clients representing all phases for the industry from design to construction through handover to the owners and facilities maintenance of the completed project.

Speaker: Gerald J. Kettler, PE, CCP, CPMP, BEMP, LEED AP
Facility Performance Associates
Mr. Kettler is President of AIR Engineering and Testing, Inc., Managing Principal of Facility Performance Associates, and Founder of The Centre for Building Performance. This presentation will provide background on the development of the Commissioning Process Standard 202 by ASHRAE and the related development of additional ASHRAE commissioning and related guidelines. Also covered are Commissioning Standards and commissioning usage by various other building codes, standards, and organizations, commissioning certifications and accreditations and the resulting direction in the commissioning industry.
Session 4: BCA Retrospective and Look Ahead
Speaker: Ed Faircloth
Ed Faircloth started in construction in 1965 as a Steamfitter apprentice. He was in construction for over 48 years, finishing as a Senior Project Manager with Gilbane Building Company. The last 23 years as Senior Project Manager over construction projects at NASA Johnson Space Center. He has been a member of the Building Commissioning Association for the last 10 years. He is a chapter member of the Southwest Regional Chapter and served as the first elected president of the Chapter. He has been on the International Board of Directors for the last 8 years serving as Secretary 2 years before being elected President for 3 years.
